Frequently Asked Questions

The duration of your session depends on the type of treatment being performed. Generally:

  • Stretch Mark Camouflage: 1.5 to 2 hours
  • Scar Camouflage: 1.5 to 2 hours
  • Scalp Micro-Pigmentation: 2 to 3 hours
  • Lip Tattooing and Dark Lip Neutralization: 1.5 to 2 hours
  • Microblading and Microshading: 1.5 to 2 hours
  • Vitiligo Camouflage: 1 to 2 hours

These times may vary depending on the area being treated and the individual’s needs.

Most of our procedures are well-tolerated by clients, as we apply a numbing cream before beginning each session to minimize discomfort. You may feel some mild sensation during the treatment, but it is generally not painful. If you are particularly sensitive, we can discuss additional numbing options.

The number of sessions needed depends on the treatment and the area being treated. Typically:

  • Stretch Mark & Scar Camouflage: Three sessions may be enough, though touch-ups may be required after 6-8 weeks to perfect the results.
  • Scalp Micro-Pigmentation: Generally requires 2 to 3 sessions, spaced 2 weeks apart, to achieve the desired effect and full coverage.
  • Lip Tattooing and Dark Lip Neutralization: 2 sessions are usually required for the best results, with a touch-up after 21 days.
  • Microblading and Microshading: Typically, 2 sessions—one initial and a follow-up for touch-ups after 6-8 weeks.
  • Vitiligo Camouflage: In some cases, one session may be sufficient, but additional touch-ups may be needed to ensure an even, long-lasting result.

We’ll provide a personalized treatment plan during your consultation.

After your treatment, you will experience some redness and slight swelling, which is completely normal. The area may appear darker for the first few days before the color settles into its final shade. For microblading and microshading, there may be some scabbing, which will naturally fall off as the skin heals.

Healing time varies depending on the procedure:

  • Stretch Mark & Scar Camouflage: Healing usually takes 21-30 days, with the color settling after 6-8 weeks.
  • Scalp Micro-Pigmentation: The scalp may feel slightly sensitive for a few days, with full healing taking about 21 days.
  • Lip Tattooing and Dark Lip Neutralization: Healing usually takes around 5-7 days, with some flaking and peeling.
  • Microblading and Microshading: After about 7-10 days, you’ll notice most of the healing is complete, but it can take 4-6 weeks for the full result to settle.
  • Vitiligo Camouflage: Healing typically takes 21-30 days. The final result will appear after 6-8 weeks.

Most treatments require minimal downtime. You can generally resume normal activities right after the session, but we do recommend avoiding activities that may irritate the treated area (such as swimming or heavy exercise) for the first few days.

Before your session, it’s important to follow any instructions provided during your consultation. For example:

  • Avoid waxing, plucking, or tinting the eyebrows 2-3 days before Microblading or Microshading.
  • Do not apply heavy moisturizers or makeup on the treatment area for 24 hours before any procedure.
  • Avoid sun exposure or tanning beds 1-2 days before your treatment.
  • If you’re getting scalp micro-pigmentation, ensure your scalp is clean and free of any oils or lotions.

For microblading, microshading, and lip tattooing, we recommend avoiding makeup on the treated area for 7-10 days to allow the area to fully heal and for the pigment to settle in. For scalp micro-pigmentation, you should avoid using hair products on the treated area for the first few days.

The longevity of the results depends on the type of procedure and the individual’s skin type:

  • Stretch Mark & Scar Camouflage: Results can last up to 5 years, though touch-ups may be needed over time as skin naturally changes.
  • Scalp Micro-Pigmentation: Results typically last 2-5 years, with maintenance sessions every 12-18 months.
  • Lip Tattooing and Dark Lip Neutralization: Results can last 1-3 years, but color will fade gradually over time and touch-ups may be needed.
  • Microblading & Microshading: Microblading results generally last 1-2 years, while microshading can last longer (2-3 years) depending on skin type and lifestyle.
  • Vitiligo Camouflage: Depending on the individual’s skin and how stable the vitiligo is, results can last 2-5 years, though some touch-ups may be necessary.

While rare, some individuals may experience difficulties with pigment retention. If you notice fading or discoloration after a few weeks, we may recommend a touch-up session to achieve the desired result. If your skin type or condition is affecting pigment retention, we’ll assess and adjust our technique accordingly.

Absolutely! If you’re not completely satisfied with the result, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up session. Touch-ups can be performed after 6-8 weeks to refine the result and ensure the pigment has settled properly.

It’s important to discuss your skin sensitivities and any allergies before undergoing treatment. We’ll conduct a patch test to ensure you don’t have any allergic reactions to the pigments. If you have a history of severe allergies or skin conditions, we’ll assess whether the treatment is suitable for you.
